I'll vote for Jason.
All the choices are very well done. Everyone should be commended for the work.

I vote for Klemens Friedl:
http://frik85.fr.funpic.de/reactos/
but all the sites are of high standard. good work all
I can't access http://devnet.dnsalias.net/guidesign/web_mockup.jpg can anyone who can access this page put on his/her own webspace please When I viewed this webdesing I'll vote.
BTW: Is there any chance that the CMS will be skinable?? If this is the case we don't need to vote, we can implment them all.

Static pages: All static pages are generated with the RosCMS generator. A skin support was intended but this feature is not completly finished. Every skin need its own folder with a copy of the static pages with different design.
RosCMS interface: the interfaces are based on templates. it will not be a problem to add new templates or skins for different usergroups.
But overall this is not a technical problem, only a decision.
Pro: * different skins select able (combo box)
Con: * more static pages (for each skin an extra version of the same page (content) with a different skin, and language)
e.g.:
/en/*.htm /de/*.htm /fr/*.htm /xhtml/en/*.html /xhtml/de/*.html /xhtml/fr/*.html
/skin2/en/*.htm /skin2/de/*.htm /skin2/fr/*.htm /skin2/xhtml/en/*.html /skin2/xhtml/de/*.html /skin2/xhtml/fr/*.html
/skin3/en/*.htm /skin3/de/*.htm /skin3/fr/*.htm /skin3/xhtml/en/*.html /skin3/xhtml/de/*.html /skin3/xhtml/fr/*.html
In my opinion, the skin support has no real advantage for static pages. But I can imagine some benefit for different skins for sub-systems like phpbb, mediawiki or the compatibility database (for different usergroups).
e.g.: * normal user take the default style * gamers prefer a more colorful skin * older people like styles with a good contrast (black/white) * etc.
...the case we don't need to vote ...
As I mentioned above, it is not a good idea to provide a skin support for static pages. So we need one design. But maybe there will be some skins available for sub-systems (see above).
We could make a skinnable CMS, but we don't want this. A skinnable site isn't very professional and not too common for an OS site...
It isn't important that http://devnet.dnsalias.net/guidesign/web_mockup.jpg is accessible because there is another mirror that works. For some voting possibilities there are more than one link, but each link should show the same. So you can simply see the page here: http://brandonturner.org/ROS/index.html

AFAIK RosCMS actually allows any designs you like (in fact it's the purpose of CMS, separate design from content, and change each other separately).

Interesting. Since when was that my desing? That's simply a rework of my design and, to be honest, has hardly any resemblance of the original design.
Now, the reason why devnet isn't accessable atm. is that I got to this interactivity design school so I'm moving. Plus, I changed my internet provider which seem to cause the hosting problem. I did move the picture to temporary location, which can be accessed: http://www.pyhajarvi.fi/nettiteekki/micko/web_mockup.jpg

I vote for Klemens Friedl because the design is good(though most of these are) and he is putting a lot of work into the CMS and giving great features to the site.
