Please use the latest ros revision from here: http://www.reactos.org/getbuilds
0.3.11 is quite old now.

test:

- notes:

- problem is not depended on version,

I think Gabriel should be given commit access in the hope he could keep on
top of areas like this.
It's the testers who highlight this stuff, they shouldn't have to rely on
devs to fix it.

We could also use static links: 
http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/2.0.0.20/win32/... 
instead of links for ftp users searching for the latest version.

Afaik rapps can't handle them, as they are redirecting to the actual
source, so someone would need to add support for this in rapps.
