Hi. It is a noob question, so please be patient. Ive read you've made a fatx driver and you are using it for the development on the xbox. Now, i'd like to know if this fatx driver can be used to access an unlocked fatx HD connected to a i386 machine that is booting the reactOS live CD. Am i dreaming? Or can this be done? I just want to know if i could recover my multimedia files from the F partition using my PC some day.

Those are great news indeed. I've googled and didn't found much info about how to make it. Before i dive in a winxp services pool, can you recommend me any place with info about it? Our vfatfs.sys has been tested in Windows before so it should work if you wanted to do it now. Installing our driver on Windows would be a bit of a pain because you would need to manually add the service and tell Windows to use it to mount that drive but I know some people have tested the driver before under Win2k. Once my environment is set up I should be able to contribute. I have to agree. I donated FOR ReactOS, and want my money to go there. I can donate seperately for the Hurricane. If the ReactOS Developers want to have a charity drive to donate funds for the Hurricane Relief, that's fine. But, redirecting monies donated for ReactOS just seems wrong to me. SYSTEMS 2005 in Munchen, 24-28 October'05

Hello, we got a good chance to represent ReactOS at Systems expo/conference in Munchen, which takes place 24-28 October. Do we have anyone who could come? I'm not sure if I can come (I will try to), but it's gonna be a little hard and not so fun for me to run the stand alone. Cash for Trademark - reallocate Donation to huricane efforts?

Hello, We still have the cash in the foundation account for the trademark paperwork. ($525) plus about a hundred in paypal donations not sent to the bank yet. Our lawyer and I have not compleated the paperwork (his slackness and mine) and I have not cut him a check. Some of us would like to put the trademark filing on hold and donate the funds to the RedCross. I would like to have a vote on it among anyone that is a user, tester, developer, or random fan that has donated to the project in the past. If there is a unanimous vote then I will transfer the funds that are in our bank account and whatever is in paypal to the RedCross. If there is a single objection then I will not. I know this project did not get behind the tsunami relief effort (Which we should have) so even if there is a not a unanimous vote for reallocating the foundation funds then I ask that each of you personally donate if you can to the RedCross. Hello, OK Thanks for your votes. I am not responding to any individual messages as I understand reasons for decisions one way or another. Thats why I said we could only do it if a vote was unanimous. I have a todo list of Foundation and ReactOS things that I am working your money will go to those purposes. A few of us bounced around the idea on IRC and I agree the legal ground is questionable which is why I said they only way I thought we could do it was with a unanimous vote. (In fact even if the vote had been unanimous I would have emailed everyone that has sent money again just to be sure). - Trademark Filing - Build Boxen for CIS - Any Legal matters that come up Are the things I am working on. I'm a new user of ReactOS, but I have a problem during install, and running the LiveCD. After the examination of my system (CD-rom, CPU, etc.), the boot process stop and give this error: inacessible_boot_device What i can do?

bootsect.ros
