I like and dislike drive letters.
I dislike them because they aren't really necessary and you must have at least one if you have a hard drive (eg: drive C), which means even though I have a separate partition for my data, I can either have it as a separate drive D: (which I do), or mount it under the C: drive somewhere (which I don't want to do, because there's no point if I'm going to be using a drive letter anyway!)
However, I like them because they serve as a quick way to access your favourite folders. I use SUBST a lot for this purpose (usually have R: pointing to my ReactOS folder, and W: to a workspace folder containing junk needing sorting out!) So they save a lot of typing.
PS: Any chance you can set your mail client up to send the actual message in-line rather than having it as an attachment (at least, thats how OE sees it...)
